When the Soul Remembers

When we follow the breadcrumbs, we eventually find our way. The path might not always make sense, and trust doesn’t come easily—but what do we truly have to lose, when peace and freedom wait on the other side of fear?

As a little girl, I used to play teacher—writing on my bedroom walls with white chalk, pretending to teach imaginary students everything I learned at school. I had no idea that the eight-year-old in me was preparing for a future I couldn't yet see: a career as a corporate trainer and facilitator.

I was 21 when I first attended a sales training for an insurance company. That experience lit a spark. I walked out thinking, "That’s what I want to do—I want to make people feel happy, excited, motivated, and unstoppable." That feeling became my compass.

Over the next seven years, I immersed myself in self-development literature, slowly building toward the moment when I found the right course that would shape my future: Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP). At first, it was a tool to heal my own trauma. I tested everything on myself, learning through experience. And it worked. Two years later, I completed my Master NLP certification.

For a long time, I believed Life Coaching would be my retirement plan. I saw myself staying in the corporate world until I was ready to ease into something more soulful. But life had other plans.

I kept learning, growing, and deepening my understanding. That’s when I discovered the Enneagram—a profound personality tool that resonated with me on every level. Its precision amazed me. I knew instantly that this would become an integral part of the work I offer.

In 2023, I was retrenched. At the time, it felt risky, maybe even reckless, to let go of the security I’d built. But my heart was tired. My soul needed rest. So, I took a sabbatical—one and a half years of simply being. I rested, read, listened to inspiring voices, meditated, and gave myself the gift of stillness.

And in that stillness, I found what I had been chasing all my life: peace and freedom. It was never out there—it was always within.

At one point, I remember having an honest conversation with God. "I did everything I was supposed to do," I said. "I created the life I thought would make me happy, but I’m still chasing fulfilment. So I’m letting go of the reins. Lead me."

From that moment on, I trusted. I no longer chased. Every decision I made was met with confirmation—miracles that affirmed I was on the right path. Opportunities began to appear, unforced and in perfect time. I knew I was being guided.

Not long after launching my coaching business, something profound began to unfold during my client sessions. I’d have intuitive insights—questions that came seemingly out of nowhere—and clients would ask, "How did you know that?" My only answer was, "I don’t know—does it resonate with you?" It always did.

One of the most sacred tools I now use in my work is a process called The Light of Forgiveness. This transformational journey was taught to me by a spiritual master and changed my life. Every time I guide a client through it, something shifts. Every experience is unique, but the result is the same: release, peace, and often, a sense of lightness that lingers.

Life is always happening for us—calling us to evolve, to remember who we truly are. I spent years doubting myself because I believed the voices of those who couldn’t see my light. But no one is coming to rescue us. That was a hard truth to swallow, but a necessary one. Fairytales taught me to wait. Life taught me to rise.

So here’s what I want you to know: You are already enough. You are divinely guided and infinitely supported. Everything you seek lives just beyond the fear you're ready to release. You deserve peace. You deserve joy. You deserve to live the life that lights you up from the inside out.
